Due to the second wave of COVID-19 is spreading across the country and affecting people of all ages. Many States have been forced to bring back night curfew and stringent guidelines to curb the surge in rising cases.
In view of this prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, Mohun Bagan AC have decided that on the auspicious day of Poila Boisakh (April 15, 2021), the traditional Bar Puja will be organized at the Club ground in presence of only some players and current Executive Committee Members.
There would be no food and Prasad distribution. Only the Puja will be held.
This decision has been taken in the best interest of everyone, considering the seriousness of the disease.
