Indian Super League Shield winners Mumbai City FC have announced the signing of Durch playmaker Nasser El Khayati for the 2023/24 season.

34 year old Nasser El Khayati was able to sign for the Islanders as he was a free agent after his contract had ended at ISL rivals Chennaiyin FC.

Whenever Nasser El Khayati played for the Marina Machans last season, he impressed with his attacking instincts. He scored nine goals and five assists in 12 ISL matches.

At Mumbai City FC, Nasser El Khayati joins Alberto Noguera, Greg Stewart, Lallianzuala Chhangte, Bipin Singh and Jorge Pereyra Diaz in their attacking department.

With the signing of El Khayati, Mumbai City FC strengthen their squad once more ahead of ISL-10 and the AFC Champions League.
