Robert had held the position of Referee Development Officer at the Solomon Islands Football Federation since September 2018 and was a passionate advocate for refereeing and the game in general.
A much loved and respected colleague, Robert was renowned for being the first person into the office and the last to leave each day and had the ability to relate to anyone.
