The opening ceremony of the second edition of the FAO (Football Association of Odisha) Inter Club Futsal Championship 2022 was held yesterday, November 3 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Cuttack.
Present on the occasion were chief guest Sailendra Kumar Jena (Joint Secretary to Govt. of Odisha, Sports & Y S Deptt.) besides Asirbad Behera (Secretary, FAO), Bhakta Ballav Das (Treasurer, FAO), Dillip Kumar Sahoo (Vice President, FAO), Bijay Das (Vice President, FAO), Avijit Paul (Joint Secretary, FAO), Mohammed Shahid Jabbar (Joint Secretary, FAO) and other members of the FAO.
On the first day, a total of five matches were played to kick-off the FAO Inter Club Futsal Championship.
