PFI Exposure Course for referees concludes in LNIPE – Gwalior!

The three-day Project Future India (PFI) Exposure Course for the referees, organised by the All India Football Federation at Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education (LNIPE), Gwalior, concluded on Thursday, March 30, 2023.

Twenty-nine participants from all over India took part in the course. The course was conducted under three instructors – Rizwan Ul Haq (Delhi), Murgth G (Karnataka) and Nazir Ahmed (Jammu & Kashmir). The course received full support of LNIPE, which included several talks and detailed discussions on sports science.

In January 2023, the AIFF and the LNIPE, Gwalior, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish the first Centre of Referees Excellence (CORE) in India at the LNIPE in line with the Strategic Roadmap announced by the Federation as part of ‘Vision 2047’.
