I-League side RoundGlass Punjab FC have signed experienced defender Keegan Pereira ahead of the 2021/22 season.
33 year old Mumbai-born Keegan Joseph Clarance Pereira played football locally at youth level before playing for Mumbai FC.
His first professional contract was with Mumbai FC in 2007. After four years with his home town club, Keegan Pereira played for Salgaocar FC (2012/13), DSK Shivajians FC (2013), Bengaluru FC (2013-15), Mumbai City FC (2015/16), Bengaluru FC (2016, on loan), Atletico de Kolkata (2016), Bengaluru FC (2017), ATK (2017), NorthEast United FC (2018/19), Jamshedpur FC (2019/20) and finally for SC East Bengal (2020/21).
Keegan Pereira has played four times for the India senior national team, and he knows the new RoundGlass Punjab FC head coach Ashley Westwood from his days at Bengaluru FC.
