On Sunday afternoon the Bezirksliga Group 1 (7th division) continued for my German home town football club, FC Remscheid with a high voltage encounter against old rivals Union Solingen infront of 1,478 spectators at home in the Röntgenstadion. It ended with a hard fought 2-0 win, their ninth win in as many league matches. Here comes my match report of the game!
Neunter Spieltag in der Bezirksliga Gruppe 1, der Tabellenführer FC Remscheid hatte am Sonntag im Röntgenstadion den BSC Union Solingen zu Gast. Am Ende gab es einen hart erkämpften 2-0 Derbysieg, der neunte Sieg im neunten Spiel, und weiterhin Tabellenplatz 1!
