Rudolf Vidal leaves Bayern Munich to pursue new professional challenges!

After eight years as Managing Director and President Americas, Rudolf Vidal is leaving FC Bayern to pursue new professional challenges. A lawyer by training, the US native has been the primary force behind expanding the European powerhouse’s brand in North, Central and South America since taking his position with the Club. Vidal has promised his continued support to the organization as needed.

The Club opened its first international office, headed by Vidal, in New York in 2014. During his tenure, he put together a team of 12 employees, attracted a number of renowned sponsors as well as media and marketing partners, and built an outstanding network in the sporting, media and business worlds.

Most recently, Vidal played an instrumental role in ensuring that the Allianz Arena in Munich was awarded the National Football League’s first regular season game in Germany.
