The Asian Football Confederation’s (AFC) partnership with SCORT, the Football Club Social Alliance, is again benefiting young children in Asia – this time in Vietnam.
The AFC and SCORT, in alliance with Football for All Vietnam (FFLV), successfully completed the first module at the end of October in Hue, with an enthusiastic group of 40 young coaches and the much appreciated local expertise of FFLV.
The Young Coaches are now implementing what they have learned in their local communities while SCORT will conduct a second module at end of February 2019 in Ben Tre, in Southern Vietnam.
AFC, SCORT and UNHCR all partnered, with the support of the Lebanon Football Association, to train refugee and local coaches during 2017 and into the spring of 2018 when there was a graduation ceremony in Beirut.
