After rumours that Kerala Blasters would be shifting its base to Kozhikode entirely, the club has now confirmed that Kochi will continue to remain as its home ground. The club still might play its first couple of games at the EMS Stadium in Kozhikode and have proposed renovations at the venue for the same. This move is said to have been set in motion to accommodate International cricket matches which have not taken place at the Kaloor Stadium since 2014.
