Hyderabad FC’s Open Trials for Youth Teams is in full swing. After the successful Trials in Hyderabad, HFC are now in search of talents from all around the country and the NorthEast states are our next destination.

The entire Hyderabad FC unit has already arrived in Namchi, as preparations for the Youth Trials in Sikkim are well underway. Ahead of these trials, Hyderabad FC’s Technical Director, Thangboi Singto shared his views on the vision and efforts of the club in promotion youth and more…

On the expectations from the next phase of the #HFCTrials…

This phase of the Trials is very crucial for us after the recently concluded trials in Hyderabad. Our efforts to find and develop local talent from the state of Telangana will not cease but it is important that we can put out strong and competitive youth teams.

On the club’s constant search for talent from across the country…

There are areas or states in the country where there is more talent compared to other areas. So, our aim is to pool the best of the talent available and blend them with the best local boys to make a highly balanced and competitive youth team for Hyderabad.

On the qualities coaches look for in youngsters…

I believe that there are four attributes that are crucial for every player’s development – the technical ability, the tactical ability, the physical and the mental strength.

For youngsters who will attend these trials, we will focus on their technical abilities but more importantly, their decision-making abilities in pressure and game situations.

A message to the boys hoping to impress…

The Champions of India are searching for you!

You can be a part of our history so don’t miss this moment. Come and give us your best, and enjoy yourselves, by doing the simple things right.
