Thomas Müller & Mats Hummels to make Germany return at UEFA EURO 2020!

Germany national team coach Joachim Löw has announced his 26-men squad for the UEFA European Championships 2020. After two friendlies against Denmark (June 2, 21:00 CEST in Innsbruck) and Latvia (June 7, 20:45 CEST in Düsseldorf), Germany will kick off their EURO 2020 campaign in Munich versus France (June 15, 21:00 CEST). The second group game is against the current holders, Portugal (June 19, 18:00 CEST), before finishing off Group F with another match at the Allianz Arena against Hungary (June 23, 21:00 CEST).

The tournament is being held in 11 cities across Europe, including Munich, which will host one quarterfinal. The semifinals and final will be played at Wembley in London, with the final scheduled for July 11 (21:00 CEST).

Besides Thomas Müller and Mats Hummels making a return there were some surprises with striker Kevin Volland also making a return while defender Christian Günter is a surprise addition.

While Marco Reus opted out himself, Joachim Löw left out Jonathan Tah, Thilo Kehrer, Ridle Baku, Philipp Max, Nico Schulz, Julian Draxler, Julian Brandt, Mo Dahoud, Amin Younes and teenager Florian Wirtz.
