TRAU FC sign goalkeeper Soram Poirei Anganba!

I-League side Tiddim Road Athletic Union (TRAU) FC have announced the signing of experienced goalkeeper Soram Poirei Anganba.

27 year old Imphal-born Soram Poirei Anganba played locally before joining the Tata Football Academy but soon moved to the IFA Academy in Bengal. He moved on to the Pune FC Academy and was part of their senior team later on.

In 2011, Soram Poirei joined promoted I-League side Shillong Lajong FC and made his senior debut before moving to the Indian Arrows a year later. He spend time on loan with newcomers Bengaluru FC.

Thereafter he played for Aizawl FC, Delhi Dynamos, DSK Shivajians FC, Mohun Bagan, ATK (on loan), Bengaluru FC and finally Soram Poirei Anganba last played for NorthEast United FC in the Indian Super League.

Soram Poirei Anganba on joing TRAU FC said, “Since 2008 I haven’t played for a Manipuri club. It’s going to be a great learning experience for me in joining a team from Manipur. Having TRAU given me th opportunity I would like to try my best to make the club and the fans proud.”
