Update to 2021 CONCACAF Beach Soccer Championship!

In order to ensure the health and safety of all participants, CONCACAF has developed robust COVID-19 protocols which all competing teams are following. Players, coaches, traveling staff and match officials are required to have multiple COVID-19 tests prior and during the competition.

One member of the US Soccer Beach Soccer team has tested positive for COVID-19. The individual is isolating and following all relevant CONCACAF and public health guidelines. CONCACAF is also ensuring the individual and his Member Association are being provided with the necessary support on the ground in Costa Rica.

Today’s match between the USA and Trinidad and Tobago will be played as scheduled.

In the event of any new positive COVID-19 case(s) during the tournament, CONCACAF will publish a COVID-19 update.
