Karnataka trash Andhra Pradesh in Sub-Junior National Football Championship – South Zone!

The Karnataka Sub-Junior boys made a successful start to the Sub-Junior National Football Championship – South Zone qualifiers with a 7-1 win over Andhra Pradesh in Neyveli, Tamil Nadu.

The first goal was scored by Godwin Johnson in the 30th minute and he would go on to complete a hattrick with further strikes in the 60th and 88th minutes, while his team mates Suman S. Dev in the 50th and 75th minutes and Heman in the 65th and 70th minutes both scored a brace.

Karnataka next face Kerala on Monday, January 2 in what will be a crucial encounter in the South Zone qualifiers.
