AFC and FBA conclude productive meeting at the AFC House!

The Football Business Academy (FBA)’s CEO Dorian Esterer and Managing Director B2B Laura Dijak were welcomed at the AFC House, the home of Asian Football, by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) General Secretary Datuk Seri Windsor John and the AFC Deputy General Secretary of Member Association Division Vahid Kardany.

At the meeting, both the AFC and the FBA underlined the importance of education and further reinforced the willingness to work closely together to ensure the continued growth and to maximise the potential of the promising future of the Academic Centre of Excellence (“ACE”) leaders.

Datuk Seri Windsor John said, “By engaging in a partnership with the FBA, our education initiatives have been providing dedicated and expert services that benefit our Member Associations, Regional Associations and the Asian football community as a whole.”

“I am pleased to note that we will continue to build on the success of our initiatives with more programmes to come. This is another clear sign of the impact of the AFC’s education programmes, building on the momentum of the AFC Academic Centre of Excellence launched in October last year.”

Dorian Esterer added, “At the FBA, we are very proud to be the AFC’s academic partner. Through the Academic Centre of Excellence initiatives, the AFC has a clear and very honorable ambition to offer a new range of mass and bespoke programmes to enhance off-the-pitch skills of football professionals which will result in greater success on the pitch. And we do our best to provide the best services to meet the AFC’s expectations and assist in making a difference across the Continent.”

Dorian Esterer went on to thank the AFC General Secretary for the trust the AFC has placed in the FBA.
