AFC club competitions continue to grow in appeal with latest Kärcher deal!

The stature and global appeal of the Asian Football Confederation’s (AFC) club competitions was further underlined today with German cleaning equipment manufacturer Kärcher announced as the new official sponsor of both the AFC Champions League and the AFC Cup.

Dato’ Windsor John, the AFC General Secretary, said: “Kärcher are a world-renowned company and their commitment to supporting our club competitions is a clear demonstration of the faith they share in the future of football in Asia. We are delighted to have them as a partner and look forward to a long and successful relationship.”

Kärcher, who share a long tradition in sport sponsoring all over the world – from motorsports to football – are the latest global brand to sponsor the ever-improving AFC club competitions.

With Kärcher’s brand to feature prominently in more than 190 matches in stadiums across the Continent, the sponsorship agreement will boost its brand recognition throughout Asia.

Besides the premier perimeter advertising, the Kärcher brand will be visible on press conferences backdrops, in on-site TV commercials, in competition-related print materials as well as online. Kärcher will also conduct promotional activities in fan zones at specific matches.
