Bayer Leverkusen sign talented Czech Republic striker Adam Hlozek!

Bayer 04 Leverkusen have signed the Czech Republic international Adam Hlozek. The 19-year-old striker joins the Werkself from Sparta Prague on a five-year deal until June 30, 2027.

“Adam Hlozek is a player who plays as a number ten and he also poses a big goal threat coming in from the wing,” according to Bayer 04 sporting director Simon Rolfes. “His versatility, power and, above all, his finishing will provide more options in our attacking game.”

The right-footer finished third in the league with Sparta Prague last season, he played in the Czech cup final and was involved in 23 goals in 33 league matches (9 goals and 14 assists).

“It’s great for me to have been signed by one of the best clubs in the Bundesliga,” declared Hlozek, who made his first team debut at the age of 16 and he has already clocked up 105 top-flight appearances. “I’ve regularly watched Bayer 04 Leverkusen over the past few weeks. The team plays wonderful football. Being part of this team fills me with great hope and expectations.”
