Bengaluru-based South United Football Club are set to hold trials for their senior team for the 2017/18 season from July 10 onwards.
South United aims to strengthen its first team by recognising young talent from across India and providing them with the right atmosphere to play football at a professional level.
South United FC is a professional football club based out of Bangalore with their senior team playing in the Bangalore Super Division and in the past they have participated in Second Division League.
The club was formed with the aim of becoming a platform for India’s young footballers, making it the club of choice for the Indian football fan. Some of the clubs first team players have gone on to represent State and Country at various levels, with some of the clubs ex-players playing in the I-League and the Indian Super League.
The trials will kick off on July 10 with all interested footballers asked to register by contacting the club under +91 9206280791 or by sending an e-mail to info@sufcindia.com.
The trials would be held at the Nandan Football Ground in Austin Town, Bangalore. All participants must be above the age of 15, they must carry a proof of age with them and their own football gear.
