CMA CGM Group and Olympique de Marseille have announced that CMA CGM Group will be the next main partner of Olympique de Marseille from the 2023/24 season.
The CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, becomes the main partner of Olympique de Marseille for two seasons starting on July 1, 2023.
CMA CGM will feature on the front of all Olympique de Marseille team jerseys and will also be visible within the Orange Vélodrome Stadium, at the Robert Louis-Dreyfus training centre also known as “La Commanderie”, at the OM campus, and in the Club’s media and digital ecosystem.
For Olympique de Marseille, this is a unique partnership with a major local company that comes at a key time in the Club’s project.
Two great institutions that are highly symbolic of the Marseille region are forming a partnership: the CMA CGM Group, whose head office is in Marseille where it employs almost 4,000 people, and Olympique de Marseille, the legendary football club with a unique identity.
CMA CGM and OM share strong local roots, as well as their ability to combine passion, expertise and talent in Marseille and beyond. This partnership further strengthens the CMA CGM Group’s commitment to the region and will support the development of Olympique de Marseille.
As Olympique de Marseille’s main partner, CMA CGM will support a whole generation of players on the field. The partnership will involve all components of the Club, from the youth teams and the training centre all the way up to the professional women’s and men’s teams.
The CMA CGM Foundation and the OM Foundation will also work together to support social and charitable initiatives linked to education and youth.
