As Deutsche Welle (DW TV) reports, Liverpool FC midfielder and Germany international Emre Can has won the People’s Choice award at the 2016 German Football Ambassador awards which was held on Wednesday, May 11 at the German Foreign Office in Berlin.
Stars from Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal and Barcelona have all been nominated for the award which was won by Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil last year, now the award has gone to youngster Emre Can, who has played for Bayern Munich and Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the past.
