The Football Association of Odisha (FAO) with profound grief and shock, the Office Bearers and its Members in deep sorrow and condolence on the sad and untimely demise of Bikram Keshari Mohapatra who breathed his last today morning at Cuttack. He was 82 years old.
Bikram Keshari Mohapatra was a former Joint Secretary of the Football Association of Odisha, a senior member of the Odisha Olympic Association and Cuttack District Athletic Association.
He was a retired employee of Odisha Police.
He is survived with one son and two daughters.
Bikram Keshari Mohapatra’s contribution for the promotion and development of Football in Odisha state will always be remembered.
