Goa Professional League to kick-off tomorrow!

Goa Football AssociationThe Goa Professional League organised by the Goa Football Association is set to kick off tomorrow, August 21 with a match between Guardian Angel SC and Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim at the Duler Stadium in Mapusa.

In total 11 teams would be seen in action amongst them are defending champions Sporting Clube de Goa, Churchill Brothers SC, Salgaocar FC, Calangute Association, Dempo SC, Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim, Vasco SC, Guardian Angel SC, Clube Sao Miguel de Taleigao, Corps of Signals and newly inducted FC Bardez.

The teams would play each other twice in a home and away format with the GFA having finalised the dates of the matches from Round 1 to 21 with the Round 22 having been kept open depending on the title and relegation race.

The matches of the Goa Pro League would be played at the Duler Stadium, Tilak Maidan, Raia ground, and Corps of Signals ground.
