Against Cagliari, Inzaghi’s Inter Milan side will head out onto the pitch with the Star Trek logo on their chest ahead of the release of the fifth and final season of Star Trek Discovery exclusively on Paramount+.
After the special jerseys dedicated to the Transformers and Ninja Turtles series, Inter and Paramount+ are back with a new collection dedicated to Star Trek to celebrate the release of the fifth and final season of Star Trek Discovery, available to stream exclusively on the Paramount+ platform from April 4.
The collection of special edition jerseys dedicated to Star Trek adds a new chapter to the series of initiatives this season between Inter and Paramount+ to celebrate the bond between football and entertainment, something that the collaboration between the two brands massively represents.
The home jersey dedicated to the series will be worn by the Nerazzurri players during Inter vs. Cagliari and a series of dedicated activities will be organised: the game will be preceded by a hero video, published on the Nerazzurri club channels, whilst the arrival of Star Trek at San Siro will be celebrated by a special piece of content in which the legendary USS Discovery spacecraft will fly over the stadium.
The transformation of the stadium will also be completed by the LED pitchside advertising boards and the big screens personalised with graphics from the series. Before the walk out onto the pitch, there will be a special announcement in the style of Star Trek with the iconic music from the series.
