I-League side NEROCA (North Eastern Re-Organising Cultural Association) FC have announced the signing of striker Kamo Stephane Bayi from Churchill Brothers for the remainder of the 2022/23 season.
26 year old Kamo Stephane Bayi came to India in 2016 to play for George Telegraph SC in the Calcutta Football League’s Premier Division from Nigerian club Akwa Starlet FC.
After finishing his assignment in Kolkata, Kamo Stephane Bayi shifted his base from east to west India to sign for Goa Professional League side Salgaocar FC. At the Green Brigade, Kamo was a key player in Salgaocar regaining the Goa Pro League title recently.
Then Kamo Stephane Bayi shifted to the Northeast to join Aizawl FC for the I-League and lifted the title there too.
Thereafter he became a journeyman in India football as he went on to play for Mohun Bagan AC, Gokulam Kerala FC, Mohammedan Sporting Club, Tollygunge Agragami, and Bhowanipore FC.
He then in-between played in Africa for Free State Stars FC in South Africa and then in his native Ivory Coast for FC San Pédro.
Thereafter he returned to India to play for CFL side Eastern Railway SC before moving to join Churchill Brothers, where he scored two goals in five matches. Now he moves back to the NorthEast to join NEROCA FC.
