Indian Super League franchise Kerala Blasters FC has announced the contract extension of defender Sandeep Singh by a year until 2022.
25 year old Manipur-born Sandeep Singh has impressed for the Blasters despite the team not having their best of seasons. Sandeep has played 13 matches for them in ISL-7 so far and the Blasters will hope he continues this way in the two remaining matches this season and then next season as well.
Kerala Blasters sporting director Karolis Skinkys said, “Sandeep is a great example of how players can improve. He is a fast learner. I believe he still hasn’t reached his full potential, he can be a much better player. I hope he continues working hard and keeps the same attitude for the next season.”
