Ligue 1 side AS Monaco partners tire maker Hankook!

Ligue 1 side AS Monaco has entered into a partnership with tire manufacturer Hankook, a global player in the automotive industry, for an initial two-year period.

During this period, Hankook will benefit from a strong presence in the Stade Louis-II at home matches in Ligue 1 on LED signage and communication media of the club.

This partnership with a global brand, which has chosen AS Monaco to develop in France and support its commercial development in France, demonstrates the attractiveness of the club and consolidates its reputation.

The Club, founded in 1924 and which finished the previous season in second place in Ligue 1, offers not only a long tradition of sports values but also a large community of fans. By joining the Principality’s club and its high-end image, Hankook is strengthening its sports marketing strategy with leading partnerships.

Naturally involved in motor sports to highlight the quality and performance of its tires, Hankook, partner of major European clubs like Real Madrid but also of the Europa League, also made the choice of football to feed its strategy of communication and development.

Jong Woo Kim, General Manager Hankook France, said, “We are very proud to be involved with AS Monaco with whom we share the culture of innovation, high-end standards and a vision of performance that links creativity and efficiency. Our ambition to become the most famous tire brand in the world will include the conquest of the French and European market. This partnership is a great tool to reach that goal.”

Vadim Vasilyev, AS Monaco Vice-President and CEO, said, “We are very pleased to announce this partnership with Hankook, with whom we share the ambition to be at the forefront of performance to offer our fans, and our customers, a unique experience. In addition, this association with a leading international company in its sector, highlights the growing attractiveness of the club and will allow each of our brands to strengthen its reputation and continue to grow.”
