Odisha FC has partnered with the Dhenkanal District Athletic Association as ‘Technical Partners’ for the 4th All-India Invitational Inter-Club Football Tournament 2022 at Dhenkanal from November 16 to 27.
The tournament is supported by the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha. Teams from across Odisha, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, and Bihar among others are participating in the tournament.
Club officials were present at the opening ceremony of the tournament and presented Tusharkanti Behera, Hon’ble Minister of State for E & IT, Sports & Youth Services, and Saroj Kumar Sethi, Collector and District Magistrate, Dhenkanal, with official OFC jerseys as a token of our association and support to the event.
In a thrilling opening match, Jaga United Bhubaneswar scored 4 goals in 5 minutes towards the end of the game to emerge victorious against Maa Mangala Club Dhenkanal, and advance to the next round to meet Aryan Club from Kolkata. The tournament will conclude on November 27, 2022.
