Paytm First Games confirmed as Chennaiyin FC’s Associate & Fantasy Sponsor!

Chennaiyin FC has confirmed that India’s biggest mobile gaming platform, Paytm First Games, has come on board as its Associate Sponsor for the 2020-21 season.

Played by over 8 crore Indians, Paytm First Games is an all-in-one destination for sports, card games, tournaments, trivia, and all things entertainment. And by associating with two-time Indian Super League champions Chennaiyin FC, Paytm First Games are set for a foray into the country’s growing football fanbase as the 2020-21 ISL extravaganza gets underway.

This ISL season will be the first major professional sporting league to commence in India since lockdown, played entirely in Goa. And with fans unable to attend games live in the stands, the need to engage with them virtually is at an all-time high. That’s where partners like Paytm First Games are playing a key role in ensuring fans are engaging with the live action through the many games, trivia, and other offerings on their dynamic platform.

“We are very happy to welcome a new member, Paytm First Games, to our Chennaiyin family. With our supporters rooting for us virtually in this unique season, our partners at Paytm First Games have various attractive offerings to keep them engaged throughout the campaign. We’re really excited about integrating with their brand and taking our fan engagement to newer heights,” said Chennaiyin FC co-owner Vita Dani on the new partnership.

Sudhanshu Gupta, COO, Paytm First Games said “We are happy to partner with Chennaiyin FC, one of the best teams in the ISL. The team has been an inspiration with their leadership in promoting football in the state of Tamil Nadu and giving young footballers an opportunity to compete with the best players in the country. With this association, we want to strengthen our commitment to live sports in the country and also help in promoting aspiring players.”
