Promoted Indian Super League side Punjab FC have announced the signing of left-back Nitesh Darjee until summer 2026.
19 year old Nitesh Darjee, who was born in Sikkim, in his youth played locally.
Nitesh Darjee then went on to play for the youth teams of Sudeva Delhi FC before making it to their senior side to play in the I-League and Super Cup.
Now Nitesh Darjee joins Punjab FC and will hope to prove himself in the ISL.
Nitesh Darjee said, “I am honoured to have joined Punjab FC. I would like to thank technical director Nikolaos and head coach Staikos for giving me this opportunity. I look forward to giving my best for the team and doing well for Punjab FC.”
