Sporting Ethos comes on board as Delhi Dynamos’ High-Performance Partners!

In its bid to promote football at the grassroots level in India, Delhi Dynamos FC’s Football Development Wing has joined hands with India’s first privately owned Sports Science and Medicine Centre, Sporting Ethos, welcoming them as the High-Performance partner for football development initiative of the club. This partnership will work in tandem with the recently signed Gatorade deal.

Sports Psychology has been a neglected aspect in the development of young footballers, and in an order to bridge the gap and increase awareness, Sporting Ethos will work closely with the Elite Youth Teams and young athletes from Soccer Schools of Delhi Dynamos FC.

Apart from Sport Psychology sessions, Sporting Ethos will offer services ranging from body composition analysis to injury prevention, further helping Delhi Dynamos’ cause of football development.

“Maintaining confidence both on and off the field is an important aspect for a young footballer and it is important that such things are taught from an early age. The tie up with Sporting Ethos will have a positive impact on our young footballers as Sports Psychology is something that is still majorly ignored in the footballing sphere. Delhi Dynamos has been working extensively to promote football in the grassroots level, and this is another step taken in the right direction,” Ashish Shah, CEO of Delhi Dynamos said.

Building confidence, developing mental strength and having a strong approach to the game are important aspects that need to be defined for a footballer from his initial days, and the highly trained and professional team of Sporting Ethos will ensure that the young athletes of Delhi Dynamos FC get the best support.

“We are very pleased to partner Delhi Dynamos in incorporating a scientific approach in their Football development initiative. In modern sport, Sport Science has been an integral part of high performance and includes individualised attention to both the physical and mental aspects of an athlete’s development. Since Football is a team game, it is important to understand both individual and team goals and to help align them for achieving constant progress. Along with the above, Sporting Ethos will focus on inculcating the right habits when it comes to recovery. nutrition, strength & conditioning and injury prevention to pave the way for high performance and longevity in the sport,” Rishabh Jaiswal, Founder and MD of Sporting Ethos said.
