“You will never walk alone” reads the personalised inner back neck of the new jerseys presented by S.P.A.L. and made by Macron, the Hero company and technical sponsor of the Ferrara-based club. One club, many people. Players, managers, employees, youth sectors, men’s and women’s teams, fans – all united by a sense of belonging to the white and blue colours of S.P.A.L. This great message of sharing and love for the team also links sustainability and respect for the environment thanks to the Eco-Softlock fabric, 100% polyester made from recycled plastic and certified by the Global Recycled Standard, used by Macron to make the second jersey of the Estense club.
The new ‘Home’ shirt features the traditional white and blue vertical stripes. The stripes are slightly widened to 3cm and interspersed with a thin 2mm silver stripe. The collar is V-shaped with silver knitted edges. The backneck is personalised with the colours, the S.P.A.L. logo and the phrase NEVER WALK ALONE. On the outer back neck, the team name is printed in black, taken as a graphic from the logo. Macron Hero is applied in white silicon print on the right chest, while the coat of arms of S.P.A.L. is on the heart side. White shorts complete the home kit with silver side borders and white socks with a blue upper edge.
The “Away” is characterised by silver and a white and blue vertical band on the left side with a zigzag geometric design. The same geometric theme is present throughout the shirt, front and back, in sublimation print and tone on tone. The crew neck is edged in blue, as are the sleeve edges. The back neck is personalised like the ‘Home’ version, and the words S.P.A.L. are printed on the back. The Macron Hero is in white on the right chest, while on the left, overlapping the white and blue band, is the club logo. The shorts are silver with dark blue side stripes; the socks have a dark blue upper border and a thin white horizontal line. This jersey is Eco Fabric, made with Eco-Softlock fabric and Eco Mesh inserts.
The ‘Third’ jersey has a V-neck with silver knit edges like the sleeve edges. The colour is midnight blue, and the lower part of the shirt features a sublimation-printed graphic of a starry sky with the word 2013 written inside. The year coincides with the ‘rebirth’ of S.P.A.L. and a sports plan involving so many people over the years. Each of them has ‘brilliantly’ contributed to this project and continues as a star in a single constellation called S.P.A.L. Blue shorts complete the kit with white drawstrings and silver details; the socks are blue with two horizontal white stripes on the upper edge.
