UEFA and adidas have today unveiled the official match ball for this year’s UEFA Women’s Champions League knockout phase and final, the adidas UWCL Pro Ball Bilbao. The knockout phase of the competition begins on 19 March with the final taking place at San Mamés Stadium in Bilbao on 25 May.
The adidas UWCL Pro Ball Bilbao captures the spirit of the vibrant city on Spain’s north coast, including the disruptive urban geometries, while the traditional star pattern incorporates the iconic shapes of Bilbao’s architecture and the San Mamés Stadium’s unique motif.
The ball features a wide range of adidas performance technology including the innovative PRISMA surface texture which offers players greater precision.
