German national team players Mesut Özil, Thomas Müller, Mats Hummels, Manuel Neuer and Bastian Schweinsteiger received an unexpected high-speed delivery from the sky during their training camp in Ascona, Switzerland.
Ahead of the nation’s recent warm-up game against Slovakia – and 3,000 meters above the training camp – a skydive team rushed down to earth at 300km/h to hand deliver each player a pair of boots from the brand new Mercury Pack – a cutting edge range of boots inspired by the trophies that players are aiming to win at this summer’s major tournaments.
When taking to the pitch at the UEFA EURO 2016 tournament, Thomas Müller will wear the X16+ PURECHAOS. Bastian Schweinsteiger will wear the X16, playmaker Mesut Özil will control the game in the ACE 16+ PURECONTROL whilst Mats Hummels and Manuel Neuer will wear the ACE16.
The players will wear the new Mercury Pack on-pitch for the first time when they take on Hungary in Gelsenkirchen on June 4.
