Futsal seems to be the flavour of the season in Indian football!
As XtraTime report, East Bengal Club and Mohammedan Sporting Club alongside six other CFL Premier Division sides in Bhowanipore FC, United SC, Southern Samity, Peerless SC, George Telegraph SC and Aryan Club are set to participate in the inaugural Kolkata Futsal League 2016 to be played July 8 onwards at the Jagriti Sangha ground in Garia in south Kolkata.
The eight team competition would be a knockout tournament with Kolkata giants Mohun Bagan missing from the competition as they are said to be not ready to field a team.
