VfB Stuttgart is playing against Hamburger SV in the Bundesliga 2 top clash in a black and red special JAKO jersey with various thank you messages on the chest ring.

When Pellegrino Matarazzo’s eleven play against Hamburger SV at home in the Mercedes-Benz Arena tonight, May 28 they will do so in a special black and red jersey with various thank-you messages on the chest ring. These are aimed at all people who are particularly committed during the Corona pandemic.

Above the campaign that VfB Stuttgart launched together with JAKO and its main sponsor Mercedes-Benz Bank is the central message ‘Wir sind Fans von euch’ (“We are fans of you”), which the team captain will wear on the chest ring. On the jerseys of the other players the messages “Thank you for your solidarity”, “Thank you to the heroes of everyday life”, “Thank you for your neighborhood help”, “Thank you for your courage”, “Thank you for your help” and “Thank you for your help.” Mission ”can be read. The jersey is designed in the colours of the state of Württemberg – black and red. They stand for a clear commitment to the common home and the people in the region.

The 500 jerseys in the VfB online shop were sold out after just a few hours. After the game against Hamburger SV, the jerseys can also be bought. The proceeds will benefit VfBfairplay and in particular measures in Corona emergency aid.
