Earlier this year, AS Roma welcomed Enovation Consulting as an advisor as it began the process of developing a robust sustainability project.
The Anglo-Italian, UK-based sustainability in sport agency was appointed for its experience in delivering bespoke and data driven sustainability strategies within the sports sector. Clients include Williams Racing, Silverstone Circuit and the FIA, amongst others.
Enovation Consulting is guiding the evolution of the club’s approach, from delivering impactful community programmes to establishing an ambitious sustainability strategy.
The club’s strategy will be launched later this year and will be the first in football to place the fan’s perspective at the heart, following a fan consultation launched by a player-led video message at the Stadio Olimpico during half-time of the team’s Europa League group stage game against Real Betis.
The collaboration has led to AS Roma being selected as the first club to pilot UEFA’s ‘Strength Through Unity’ Football Sustainability Strategy 2030, with projects supported by Enovation Consulting.
Enovation Consulting will continue to work in partnership with the club to embed a purpose-driven sustainability strategy. Driving progress to achieve its measurable targets, from operational impacts to fan and partner engagement.
