Bengaluru FC commences its digital transformation journey with Proem Analytics!

Bengaluru FC announced that it signed an agreement with Proem Sports, a leading Sports Technology Company to enhance fan engagement and experiences at the club’s home games at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium, and on all its digital platforms. The collaboration marks a significant step in the Blues’ commitment to build new revenue streams and enhance supporter experiences by leveraging data-driven strategies.

In an era where fans crave personalised interactions and deeper connections with their favourite teams, the Blues have recognized the importance of delivering unique and tailored experiences to its supporters. The partnership with Proem Sports will empower the club to understand its fan base at a more granular level. By harnessing the power of Proem Sports’ cutting-edge Customer Data Platform (CDP), Organon, BFC will gain insights into fan behaviour, preferences, and engagement patterns.

Bengaluru FC is also in the process of revamping its website and mobile app with a focus on enhancing the fan experience across digital touchpoints. Hailing from the country’s tech capital, the club’s digital transformation journey extends multiple functions, including on the field, employing tools to optimise scouting as well as improve collection of performance and health data for the first team.

Proem Sports’ Organon CDP is tailored for the sports industry and will equip Bengaluru FC to efficiently collect, manage, and leverage first-party fan data. The platform intelligently segments fans, utilising rich insights, such as purchasing behaviours, fan demographics, and fan interaction history. These segments will serve as the cornerstone for personalised and highly targeted marketing endeavours for BFC, aiding them in communicating with their fans more personally and directly.
