Syrian side Al Ittihad Al-Ahli of Aleppo Sport Club will meet Palestine’s Shabab Al Khalil in the first of the West Zone Playoffs with Bahrain’s Al Khaldiya SC meeting Al Nahda of Oman in the other tie.
The group stage draw will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on August 24.
