ISL-4: Delhi Dynamos suffer humiliating 1-5 home loss to FC Goa!

Struggling Delhi Dynamos suffer a humiliating 1-5 home loss to FC Goa in the Indian Super League at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in the capital on Saturday evening.

Delhi Dynamos wanted to bounce back in the game, but FC Goa put early pressure on the hosts who themselves had their chances around the half hour mark.

But at the end of the first half in the injury time FC Goa struck twice with striker Ferran Corominas and midfielder Manuel Lanzarote giving the Gaurs a 2-0 half time lead.

The Delhi Dynamos bounced back after the break with captain Kalu Uche scoring in the 62nd minute off a Romeo Fernandes pass.

It looked the Dynamos were in with a chance of a comeback, but in the 66th minute, defender Gabriel Cichero got his second yellow card of the match which again handed the advantage to FC Goa and they would pounce on it.

Within four minutes, the Delhi Dynamos would concede three goals, first an own goal by defender Pritam Kotal (84th) and then Adrian Colunga (85th) and Manuel Arana (88th) added to the misery of the hosts, while FC Goa once more were on a goalscoring spree.
