iSportconnect to host 2018 Dubai Summit on November 25/26!

iSportconnect, the world’s largest global private network of sport business executives, is pleased to announce details of its forthcoming 2018 Dubai Summit.

Taking place on November 25/26, the 2018 Dubai Summit will be a unique opportunity for top-tier executives to experience and enjoy the learning and networking benefits of this exclusive invitation-only event.

iSportconnect is assembling a content programme for the summit that will bring together thought influencers and leading executives from premier rights owners, brands and broadcasters.

Last year’s inaugural event, in association with PwC, Dubai Sports Council and Nielsen Sports, attracted some of the biggest names in the sport business industry, including Adolfo Bara, Managing Director Marketing & Sales at LaLiga; Jerry Newman, Sport Partnership Lead – EMEA at Facebook; Jon Hall, Chief Growth Officer at Kodak; Brett Gosper, CEO of World Rugby; Ben Morel, Managing Director and Senior VP – EMEA at NBA; Murray Barnett, Head of Global Sponsorship & Commercial Partnerships at F1; Alistair Kirkwood, Managing Director at NFL UK; Aarti Dabas, Head of Media Rights, Broadcast & Digital at International Cricket Council; and Sanjay Raina, General Manager & SVP, Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan – Fox Networks Group/National Geographic.

Feedback from last year’s summit was outstanding, reaffirming iSportconnect’s position as market leader for hosting premier sport business events.

Adolfo Bara, Managing Director – Marketing & Sales at LaLiga: “For us, it has been fantastic – we have been participating with iSportconnect in London. This is a great platform for us to come to Dubai to explain to stakeholders and brands about LaLiga’s product – it was the perfect scenario.”

Jon Hall, Chief Growth Officer at Kodak, said, “For the Kodak brand iSportconnect is absolutely superb to connect with global brands, connect with global sports partners, compare best practices and talk off the record about what is going on. For me personally, it’s probably one of the best conferences I’ve attended in a long time. I got a lot out of it and really enjoyed addressing the audience and telling our Kodak story.”

Alistair Kirkwood, Managing Director at NFL UK, said, “From my perspective, this has been a brilliant conference with a really diverse series of speakers who were really thought-provoking. A lot of these type of events often go very superficial whereas iSportconnect struck the right balance by going for breadth whilst getting a lot of depth and I enjoyed every single session.”

The first speakers to be confirmed for the 2018 Dubai Summit include Iain Higgins from the International Cricket Council (ICC), Rael Enteen from New York Jets and the NBA’s Daniel Rossomondo.
