Bengaluru FC U-15s rout Jain Academy for Sporting Excellence 13-0!

Seven different scorers found the back of the net for Bengaluru FC who cruised to a massive 13-0 win over Jain Academy for Sporting Excellence in a Hero Junior League encounter at the Jain Global Campus in Kanakapura, on Monday. Striker Monirul Molla (2′,35′,42,87′) was the star of the show with four goals, while Ishaan Raghunanda (1′,88′), Macarton Louis Nickson (11′,85′), and Rajat R (38′,45′) bagged a brace each. Joshua Wilson (19′), Sheitam Longjam (60′), and Vinith Venkatesh (80′) also got on the scoresheet in this big win.

While recording their fourth straight win of the campaign, the Junior Blues also completed a double over Jain Academy and took their tally to 12 points. With a one hundred percent record, they stay on top in Group B of the Karnataka Zone after four rounds. The win was also the second time Sachin Badadhe’s boys netted in double digits in a single game, having previously beaten the same opponent 18-0 in Bellary in the first week of January.

Bengaluru FC will now host Raman Sports Academy in their penultimate zona phase game at the Vidyanagar Township in Bellary, on January 25.
