Former I-League champions Aizawl FC have announced the signing of experienced Nigerian striker Chidi Edeh.
The Lagos-born striker returns to India from Nigerian Premier League side Enugu Rangers, where he had a good season with many goals.
Chidi has been a journeyman in Indian club football after having started with Mohammedan Sporting Club in Kolkata, he went on to play for Sporting Clube de Goa, JCT in Punjab, Dempo SC, Mahindra United of Mumbai, Mohun Bagan AC, Salgaocar FC and East Bengal Club scoring 104 top level goals in Indian football.
After his time at East Bengal, he joined Kedah FA in Malaysia before returning to Nigeria and to Enugu Rangers.
