We spoke to her about her experience with English Football from Grassroot to Club to National.
She shared her thoughts on how difficult it was and showed them how she can do it. She was honoured the English FA Female Development Coach of the Year 2015.
Being a coach can be very difficult at times with the fans demanding more. She has a good mentor in Jürgen Klopp. And it is important to shut out the detractors.
We had a surprise guest for our viewers. Baladevi from Rangers FC, Glasgow, Scotland sharing her experience on her time there. And how she is trying to cope with the different training styles compared to India.
Victoria advised her and all strikers on how to practice shooting and watch videos of the top players and learn from them.
She said it takes 10,000 hrs of quality training to become an Elite athlete.
