ISL-4: Delhi Dynamos open with 3-2 away win at FC Pune City!

The Delhi Dynamos had the perfect start to their ISL-4 campaign with a 3-2 away win at FC Pune City at the Balewadi Sports Complex on Wednesday evening.

Hosts FC Pune City were the better of the two sides in the first half, but after having missed a couple of good chances it remained goalless at the break.

Things would change directly after the break in the 46th minute when Paulinho Dias put the ball into the net. Teenager Lallianzuala Chhangte, later named man of the match, doubled the lead for the Dynamos in the 54th minute, when he took charge of the ball and run goalwards at full speed to finally chip it under Kamaljit Singh into the net.

And the Delhi Dynamos made in the 3-0 in the 65th minute through a brilliant placed long-ranger from Matias Mirabaje. But only two minutes later Emiliano Alfaro reduced the deficit for the host and for Dynamos midfielder Marcos Tebar netted FC Pune City’s second deep in injury-time with no real chance of an equaliser.
