Indian Super League newcomers Jamshedpur FC have announced the signing of Senegalese striker Talla N’Diaye for the ISL – Season 4. Talla becomes the seventh foreign signing for Jamshedpur after Moura, Tiri, Doutie, Belfort ,Bikey and Trindade.
The 31 year old has been playing his trait with various French clubs such as Fontenay-Foot-Vendee, Aurillac FC Auv, FC Challans, etc. He has also had an experience in playing the Lebanese Premier League with Safa Beirut SC and has netted 5 goals in 20 appearances.
Talla buzzing with excitement said, “I can’t express my feeling in joining Jamshedpur FC. I wanted to play in India since a long time and finally the opportunity presented itself and I couldn’t say no to it. I am happy to know that our gaffer Steve Coppell rates me high and wants me to make a difference to the team. I am looking forward to joining my teammates during the pre-season and work hard to achieve our ultimate goal. i.e. the championship.”
Jamshedpur FC head coach Steve Coppell was elated at the signing and said, “I am really pleased that Talla has agreed to sign for Jamshedpur FC and I am sure that he will do well for us. Talla is experienced and will provide the right balance to the team combination. This is an important signing for us as we continue the preparations to be ready for the new season.”
