Paraguay U-17 arrive at Sportschule Bitburg for FIFA U-17 World Cup preparation camp!

The Paraguay U-17 has arrived in Germany for their final preparation camp ahead of the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India.

„La Albirrojita“ landed in Germany on Sunday at 11.00h CET and checked-in at the Sportschule Bitburg in Rheinland-Pfalz.

Head coach Gustavo Morínigo’s 24-member squad will play four friendly matches during their camp in Germany. The first match will be against the Bayer 04 Leverkusen U-19 team at the Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion on September 19 (Kick-off: 18.00h CET).

Paraguay will then face the Luxembourg U-19 national team in Rosport (Luxembourg) on September 20 (Kick-off: 18.30h CET) in their second match.

The South American will complete their preparations with friendly matches against the SG Lüxem/Wittlich/Neuerburg U-23 team (September 22 in Lüxem, Kick-off: 19.00h CET) and the 1. FC Cologne U-19 team (September 26 at the Franz-Kremer-Stadion in Cologne, Kick-off: 18.15h CET).

Morínigo will reduce his squad to 21 players during the camp in Germany and the final squad will head directly to India from Germany.
