Everyone including the players, management and fans made me and my family feel very welcomed. It was my first experience of India and I’ve really enjoyed my time away even though it’s very far from familiar grounds. Kolkata is an amazing city with lovely people and it’s now a second home for me,” the 32-year-old striker said after signing a new one-year contract extension.”

“I’m looking forward to returning to India and getting back to training under the guidance of coach (Antonio Lopez) Habas. I’m also excited to reunite with my teammates in Kolkata.
