Goalkeeper Iñaki Peña has been registered as a FC Barcelona first team player and will wear the number 13 shirt.
As such the man from Alicante exchanges his number 26 shirt to the number left vacant by Brazilian keeper Neto who was at the Club between 2019 and 2022.
In his first season between the posts of the Barça Under-14 team, he won the league and was one of the keys to the team. His skill and play allowed him to grow as a player until he reached Barça B in the 2018/19 season. Since then the goalkeeper has represented both the second team and the first team as a Blaugrana.
In the winter of the 2021/22 season the keeper left for Galatasaray Spor Kulübü on loan before returning in the summer of 2022 to the club. In the season 2022/23 Iñaki Peña became part of the first team set up under coach Xavi Hernández alongside German Marc Andre ter Stegen.
Peña made his official first team debut this season with the first team in the game against Viktoria Plzen in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
