Kolkata giants Mohammedan Sporting Club called a press conference at the Club Tent on Monday to announce that the club would not play their next 2017/18 Calcutta Football League – Premier Division ‘A’ fixture against Peerless SC at the Kalyani Stadium and request the Indian Football Association (IFA) to shift the match to the Barasat Stadium.

club official Belal Ahmed Khan informed the media on Mohammedan Sporting’s decision.
The club further requested the IFA to reduce ticket prices for Mohammedan Sporting Club’s matches at Barasat Stadium for more fans to attend the matches.
